As a team, we offer mediation as a process of respectful conflict intervention. You will resolve your conflicts constructively in a safe space. The goal is a creative and viable win-win solution without losers. We initiate a respectful dialogue which allows all parties to open up without losing face. We offer solution-oriented advice using a variety of specific methods to assist you with the process.
Our team coaching approach is about developing solutions together. Using communication tools, reflection, and a variety of methods, we support you in developing team competence. In individual coaching sessions, we facilitate structured conversations about your day-to-day issues and challenges. We assist and facilitate your workshops according to your needs and wishes with methods such as “World Café” to reach solutions and agreements.
